Much of my work tells visual stories of heritage and habitat, exploring the relationship between people and place. Whether I’m observing detailed interiors or illustrating musicians (often playing live) first-hand observation is the foundation of everything I do. In all my work I apply my passion for light, colour and design.

I’m also passionate about telling stories with sensitivity and empathy, whether that’s through book illustration or animated films. Through deep research and attentive observation of the world around me, my work often highlights quiet and meaningful messages or moments.
